I had a great purchasing experience at Johnson Cary Subaru. I am a loyal Subaru customer. This recent purchase is my 6th Subaru. I have owned 2 Outbacks, 2 Legacies, and now 2 Foresters! I have dealt with NY, PA, and now NC dealerships. Beyond a shadow of a doubt the experience with Johnson is my most appreciated endeavor. My associate Marlon was patient and cooperative. Due to my personal issues with the distance of Johnson being 156 miles away, and several postponed trips to NC, I didn't think Marlon would actually rise to the level of assistance and cooperation he exhibited. Evan, the financial officer was also tasked with having to deal with me, absolutely rose to the occasion of helping my purchase go extremely smooth. In addition, the dealership itself was clean, bright, comfortable, and accommodating. I highly recommend if you are interested in a Subaru, do not hesitate to make your next car a Johnson one.

Jaime was excellent to deal with when I brought my car to Johnson Subaru. He was very thorough explaining everything that was being done to my car. He made recommendations of things I need to pay attention to in the future. I recommended him to a friend who also owns a Subaru. I will definitely ask for Jaime the next time I bring my car to Johnson Subaru.

First of all, Michael Thompson was great! He got me taken care of quickly and was able to help me figure out the cost when the warranty didn’t kick in. I was grateful I was able to get a courtesy vehicle to go to work while they worked on it. The customer service is overall just amazing! Jennifer on the service line is also super kind and helpful with all questions. The fixed my speaker issue, did an overall check of my tires and detailed my rubber window paneling. I like that they do a video of everything they check to show the customer what the situation is. I did have a little issue with my passenger window button that I didn’t notice until I got home. I probably should’ve checked it before I left. Prices are a bit steep for the services they quoted me, but that’s generally what you get with a dealership. And it’s a bit difficult to get out to if you don’t live in Raleigh. Overall happy with the service, just a couple cons for me. Thanks!

Johnson Subaru did a great job. They are an exceptional dealership and they exceed my expectations each time I visit. They seem to truly care about their customers. The tech that checked me in, Clayton, was very nice & professional. He provided excellent communication throughout the time my car was serviced. Service was great overall. I will return again to have my Crosstrek serviced. Thank you to the team at Johnson Subaru in Cary!

Fantastic service, everyone that helped us was amazing. Je may was fantastic and so nice and helpful! Made the car buying experience so easy and stress free! Car was detailed perfectly when I picked it up!
